Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Each item ordered is made just for you.  

In the rare case of transit damage, please reach out to us so that we can work to address your concern with an appropriate repair or replacement. Inquiries related to damage must be received within 7 days of your order delivery date. We will need photographs of any issues related to your artwork and/or frame and photographs of the retained original packaging, even if the packaging appears undamaged, in order to process a request for repair or replacement.
